Tutoring Information

Tutoring for any subject may be arranged through your child’s guidance counselor when resources are available.

The members of the Steinert High School National Honor Society can tutor in any subject. These students can tutor before school and during lunches and study halls. In order to be assigned a tutor, a student must see their counselor.

Additionally, a comprehensive list of teachers who can be contacted for paid tutoring services is available through our guidance office and through our district Human Resources Office. Our Guidance Department phone number is 631-4150 and the Human Resources Office phone number is 631-4100.

If a student is falling behind in his/her academic work, the teacher should be consulted as to the times, either before school or after school, he/she is available for supplemental help.
